Does the Hotel Excelsior Palace Palermo have leisure/gym facilities?
Yes, we have a fitness centre where guest can enjoy a massage, sauna and Turkish Bath. Unfortunately we have no swimming pool.

Is internet access available?
Yes it is.

Do you have facilities for people with mobility issues?
Yes we do. If you have any special requirements please let us know when booking.

Are pets allowed?
Small dogs only.

What’s the child policy?
Rooms are priced as Single, Double/Twin or Triple, children under 3 may sleep in a double room with the parents in a crib or cot.

What’s the difference between Standard and Superior class rooms?
Superior rooms are bigger with bigger en suite bathrooms and may have a view onto our private garden subject to availability.

Is it cheaper to book well in advance?
Our prices vary according to season and availability so it’s well worth checking to see what promotions are available when you’re travelling. Last minute deals are also available.

What’s the cancellation policy?
Give us more than 48 hours notice and you won’t pay a penny. Less than 48 hours and we reserve the right to charge you the first night of your reservation.

Is there a deposit to pay?
No, but we take your credit card details as a guarantee when you book. Your card will not be charged unless you use it to pay your bill when you check out.

What is the capacity of the Excelsior Palace Hotel’s Congress Rooms?
The Manfredi Room holds up to 90 people, the Federico up to 60 people. The meeting rooms are fully equipped with multimedia technology and full catering can be provided as well as business support, interpreters and secretarial staff.

When is the Hotel Excelsior Palace Restaurant open?
Our main restaurant, Liberty, opens from 7am – 10am for breakfast, 12.30pm – 3pm for lunch and from 7.30pm – 10.30pm for dinner.
